Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us in advance via phone or email. If you do not receive an answer at the time of your call, please leave a message indicating that you need to cancel and/or reschedule your session. If you send an email, please indicate that you need to cancel and/or reschedule your session within the body of the message. No show and late cancellation fees are equal to the cost of your service. A no show fee is applied when the client is not present in the virtual waiting room within 15 minutes of the session start time. A late cancellation fee is applied when the client does not cancel their session within 24 hours of the session start time.
